From six years I Tre Poggi famrhouse devoted himself, with constant and great passion, to achieve happiness and expectations of the guests, especially on gastronomic viewpoint.
Our restaurant offers a typical Piedmont Menù à la carte or a four-course tasting menu with great care and research for foods used.
The prevalence of vegetables that are served and prepared with love and care by our chef come from our synergistic garden or from local farmers.
The homemade pasta is hand crafted: gnocchi, tajarin and filled pasta (ravioli) follow the seasonality of products.
The butcher “Merlo” in Monastero Bormida, a little village near us, provides us with its excellent meats: beef, pork and poultry derived exclusively from their livestock.
The cheeses served are selected by Piedmont: goat’s milk cheeses aged, toma cheese made of mixed milk, Robiola di Roccaverano D.O.P, Castelmagno cheese and many others cheeses of high selection.
In all of our recipes we use eggs from hens free on our lands while homemade pasta and pastry are done by flour by “Mulino Marino” in Cossano Belbo, organic mill of Langa that uses only solar energy for processing.
Unfortunately, in the two past decades the river pollution made difficult the search of typical fish of our region such as trout, tench, eel, carp and crayfish.
In our restaurant we offer and recommend especially our wines: Barbera, Freisa, Dolcetto and Moscato D’Asti.
The grapes of our wineyeard are treated with organic and biodynamic method: few sulfites, no adding of selected yeasts and no filtrations.
On our wine list you can find also a small selection of wines of local winegrowers and Langhe wines like Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Barolo.
Thanks to the experience of our staff, the restaurant and all the farmhouse are ideal for banquets and ceremonies of all kinds: business lunches, dinners, baptisms and weddings.
